Fall Protection Inspection Operative (Kidderminster)
Job Description
Due to rapid exponential growth, Eurosafe are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Fall Protection Inspection Operative to join our ever-developing Inspection Division.
Working as a minimum 2-man site team, you will be responsible for repairing permanent and often bespoke fall protection and access equipment across various sites in the UK, based in or local to Kidderminster.

As part of this role you will be required to support the testing and inspection of fall protection equipment in line with approved procedures, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with current Work at Height regulations and industry standards.
You will assist supervisors and managers with accurate completion of site documentation, help report failures and required repairs, and safely operate MEWPs and other site equipment. You will also be responsible for feeding information back to the office, including access observations and potential opportunities, to support effective project delivery.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Test & inspect fall protection equipment
To be familiar with the test procedures for each component
Assist Supervisor with completing relevant paperwork regarding site visits accurately
Ensure RAMS are adhered too and understood
Report to Supervisor /Contracts Manager / Team about problems on site
Safely operate MEWPS and other equipment on site
To have an understanding of the current Work at Height (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and any future amendments or updates
Maintain a good working relationship with team members
Assist with reporting Failures & repairs on inspected equipment
Correlate all information back to the office including access & potential sales
Deal politely with clients both face-to-face and on the phone
Experience & Qualifications:
Full Driving Licence
Physically fit & Confident at working at Heights
Team player, cooperative, interested in further development.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Self-motivated individual, able to work on own initiative.
Flexibility to carry out the necessary duties to complete the task efficiently and in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
CSCS
IPAF
PASMA
Working at Height
Fall Arrest Harness Training
Training will be provided if the successful applicant does not hold the preferred qualifications.
