General Safety Training
Eurosafe offers a range of complimentary general safety courses that are commonly required in a workplace.
We have a number of partners who provide a range of classroom and practical general safety courses that can be delivered at our Training Academy in Sheffield or at other locations in the UK in conjunction with our other courses.
EU Skills Abrasive Wheels (AW01)
This Abrasive Wheels course, aligned with the EU Skills scheme, equips trainees with the skills needed for safe selection, mounting, and operation of abrasive wheels.
Personal Rescue Device (PRDT01)
This course is designed for users of Personal Rescue Devices commonly used in environments requiring emergency self-rescue, such as construction sites, wind turbines, and industrial facilities.
Vehicle Banks Person (VB01)
This course raises awareness of reversing hazards, covers the role of the Banks Person, teaches recommended signals, and promotes safe, segregated traffic and pedestrian routes.
Slinging and Lifting (SLC01)
This course is aimed for individuals who are involved daily routine lifting tasks using mechanical aids, such as chain or electric hoists.
Permit to Work (PTW01)
This training is for those responsible for writing and issuing permits for activities like hot works, working at height, confined space entry, excavation, and lockout/tagout.
Fire Marshal Training (FM1)
The course is suitable for current or prospective Fire Marshals/Wardens, as well as supervisors or managers who need to understand their fire safety responsibilities.
Risk Assessment (RA01)
The course is aimed at people who are relatively new to risk assessment but may have a need to carry them out.
