MSA Bump and Calibration Station Galaxy GX2

With this automated testing system it is possible to easily bump and calibrate MSA ALTAIR®, ALTAIR PRO single gas detectors and ALTAIR 4X and ALTAIR 5X multi-gas detectors.

This easy-to-use automated high-performance test bench can be used as a stand-alone unit or as an integrated portable detection system, with access to all data and control of the MSA ALTAIR gas detectors. Once an ALTAIR Series gas detector is paired with the GALAXY GX2 System, it can be automatically tested, calibrated, and charged. One detector bank of a GALAXY GX2 system can accommodate 10 test stations, four cylinder holders and a multiple charger.

With the MSA Link â„¢ Pro Software you go for proactive safety management. The software provides email alerts for gas exposure, direct data entry, live filtering, test and exposure queries, and report collection and printing.

The display offers clear and intuitive navigation with large buttons and arrow keys for scrolling. When the test is completed, the user sees the result in a pop-up screen and detailed information on the PC dashboard.

The status can be read at a glance through the various light indicators. For example, it can be seen whether the test has passed or failed, whether the charging process is in progress or complete, when the expiry date.
