The Blackline Safety G8 is a connected multi-gas detector that combines gas detection for up to 5 gases simultaneously, lone worker monitoring, push-to-talk communication and real-time cloud connectivity in a single
intrinsically safe device. Swappable cartridges allow effective configuration for any hazard.
Connects to the Blackline Live cloud platform over 4G LTE, streaming live gas readings, worker location and safety alerts in real time.
It has built-in push-to-talk radio, emergency voice calling and text messaging so workers can communicate without carrying a separate two-way radio. Dual-band GNSS/GPS gives location accuracy within one metre.
