Job Description
Due to exponential growth, an exciting vacancy has arisen in our Remedials Division. The Remedial Estimator role would suit someone with previous sales and customer service experience to work with existing clients to provide them quotes for the repair of failed fall protection systems.
We are looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail, good written & verbal communication and a personable manner. The candidate would ideally have previous experience within the fall protection industry and be comfortable working towards set targets.
Accountabilities and Main Duties
Quoting of all fall protection and lightning protection repairs
Processing PO’s when works are secured
Ensuring workflows are kept up to date
Structured chasing of quotations
Inputting all sales data to department documents
Updating client portals
Working towards achieving both personal and team-based targets
Responding to customer enquiries
Carrying out surveys and client meeting as and when required
Accurately inputting the information gathered into an in-house software system (ERP)
Answering Inbound telephone calls
Making Outgoing telephone calls
Attending training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Maintaining knowledge in relevant field at all times
Assisting management as and when required
Booking hotels
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
Accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible and able to adapt to change within the working day.
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
Time management
Competent users of Microsoft Packages - Outlook, Word and Excel
IT Literate
Preferred:
Previous sales experience
Previous customer service experience
Experience with CRM / ERP systems
Experience in the fall protection / construction industry
