Monorail Systems
The increasing demand for space within densely populated cities has transformed rooftops into public terraces and landscaped green areas. As a result, installing traditional roof-mounted Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) is often no longer feasible. This has driven a significant rise in the use of façade-mounted monorail systems on modern buildings.
Eurosafe specialises in the installation of NorAcon monorail systems, offering a comprehensive range of profiles designed to accommodate varying fixing substrates and support bracket spacings. Combined with a selection of manual and powered trolleys, the NorAcon range provides the flexibility to design systems suitable for suspended cradles or rope access operations.
Each monorail system is engineered to adapt seamlessly to its environment - whether integrated through a glazed façade, fixed beneath a soffit, or installed within an atrium. Systems can be supplied anodised or powder coated in any RAL colour and may be curved, bent, or twisted to suit even the most architecturally complex structures while maintaining a clean, unobtrusive appearance.
Eurosafe’s in-house design and fabrication capabilities also enable the manufacture of bespoke support brackets, allowing systems to be securely fixed to a wide variety of structural substrates, regardless of complexity.
Norlift Climbing Trolley
By incorporating the NL01E Norlift Climbing Trolley, Eurosafe can design systems capable of traversing inclined or vertical sections of NP01 monorail, even in challenging wet or windy conditions.
Once installed, the rail system can be paired with a wide range of access solutions, including standard or bespoke one and two-person cradle systems. Alternatively, we can provide trolleys and associated equipment for rope access applications.
Following installation, Eurosafe delivers comprehensive user training, detailed end-user documentation, warranties, and long-term maintenance contract - ensuring the system continues to operate safely and reliably throughout its lifecycle.
