Remedial Sales Estimator

Job Description

An exciting vacancy has arisen in our Remedials Division. The Remedial Sales Estimator role would suit someone with previous sales and customer service experience to work with existing clients to provide them quotes for the repair of failed fall protection systems.

We are looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail, good written & verbal communication and a personable manner. The candidate would ideally have previous experience within the fall protection industry and be comfortable working towards set targets.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and internal teams

• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and compliance

• Proactive and adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing schedules and requirements

• Confident using IT systems and able to quickly learn bespoke software and client portals

• Team-oriented, with a flexible approach to supporting colleagues when required

• Reliable and professional, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and standards

Nice to Have

Experience in any of the following may set you apart:

• Background in fall protection or the wider construction industry

• Experience in business administration and customer support

Location & Hours

This role is based at our Sheffield office, and is contracted for 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
