Eurosafe signs the Armed Forces Covenant

Eurosafe is proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, a pledge that reinforces our commitment to supporting those who serve - and have served - in the armed forces, as well as their families.
By joining over 4,000 organisations across the UK, we have made a formal promise to ensure fair treatment, employment opportunities, and ongoing support for:
Serving personnel
Veterans
Reservists
Cadet force volunteers
Military families

Veterans at the heart of Eurosafe
The Armed Forces Covenant is more than a signature. It reflects Eurosafe’s values in action - fairness, respect, and responsibility. We believe no one should be disadvantaged because of their service, and we are committed to recognising the unique skills and dedication of the armed forces community.
This pledge is especially meaningful for us, as nine veterans are already part of the Eurosafe workforce. Four of them - Steve Wood, Rob Kynoch, Ian Swan, and Phil Rashbrook - play an important role in our Training Academy team.
Their experience and leadership not only enrich our training programmes but also strengthen our culture and operations across the business.
Part of our CSR commitment
Signing the Armed Forces Covenant forms part of Eurosafe’s wider corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity, which focuses on supporting people, communities, and safe working environments.
By standing alongside the armed forces community, we continue to put our values into practice and ensure our business has a positive impact beyond the services we provide.
