Eurosafe Celebrates 25 Years of Keeping People Safe
This year, Eurosafe is proud to celebrate 25 years of keeping people safe when working at height and in confined spaces.
What began in 2000 as a small specialist business in Yorkshire has grown into a group of leading safety companies operating across the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. With a shared focus on fall protection, access systems, façade maintenance, and training, the Eurosafe Group now supports clients throughout Northern Europe.
From Yorkshire Roots to a European Group
Eurosafe started life in the UK, working with construction companies, building owners and facilities managers , to deliver tailored, compliant safety solutions. As demand grew, so did our presence – first across the UK, then across Europe.
Today, the Eurosafe Group unites companies across four countries: the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Together, we provide consistent, high-quality services at scale, while remaining responsive to local requirements and regulations.
From consultancy and design through to installation, inspection, maintenance and training, our teams work collaboratively to deliver safe, practical and future-ready solutions.
Expanding to Meet Demand
As our client base has expanded, so too has our team and footprint. In recent years, the Group has opened new regional offices in both the UK and the Netherlands to provide stronger local support and faster response times.
We’ve also strengthened our in-house capabilities with new roles across surveying, design, project management and operations, allowing us to manage increasingly complex projects and offer end-to-end service.
Key Milestones Along the Way
Over the past few years, the Group has made several strategic investments to support long-term growth:
2020 – Eurosafe NL acquired R3B Safety & Rescue, enhancing both companies’ market position as specialists in safety, rescue, evacuation and support in confined spaces and from height. The acquisition significantly expanded the Group’s knowledge and capability.
2021 – Eurosafe UK opened a purpose-built training centre in Sheffield. Constructed during the pandemic, this was a major investment at a difficult time. Today, the centre plays a vital role in delivering industry-recognised training in working at height, confined space, rescue, and ladder safety – helping hundreds of professionals stay safe on site.
May 2025 – Eurosafe NL launched a new state-of-the-art head office in Zwolle, including the largest dedicated working at height and confined space training centre in Europe. These new facilities further strengthen our ability to support clients across the Netherlands and train the next generation of safety professionals.
A New Look for a New Era
In 2024, the Group introduced a refreshed brand identity, bringing together our services and teams under one unified name.
The rebrand reflects just how far we’ve come since our early days in Yorkshire – and signals our ambitions for the future. While our mission remains the same, the new look offers a clearer picture of the scale, expertise and people behind the Eurosafe name.
Celebrating Together at Kelham Island
To mark our 25th anniversary, the entire Eurosafe Group will gather on Wednesday 26th June 2025 for a special celebration at Kelham Island in Sheffield – the birthplace of the original company.
Colleagues from our European offices will join the UK team to reflect on our shared journey, recognise the people behind our success, and look ahead to the future.
Thank You
To all who have supported us over the past 25 years – clients, suppliers, partners, and colleagues – thank you. Your trust, collaboration and commitment have shaped the Eurosafe Group into what it is today.
We look forward to the next chapter in the Eurosafe Group story – continuing to protect people and buildings across Europe, one project at a time.
