Eurosafe achieves Investors in People Gold accreditation

We’re delighted to share that Eurosafe has achieved the We invest in people ‘Gold’ accreditation from Investors in People – a fantastic recognition of our people, our culture and our commitment to making Eurosafe a great place to work.
Achieving this accolade is a significant milestone. Only 28% of organisations assessed by Investors in People achieve the Gold accreditation, which recognises organisations where people are actively involved in supporting one another, contributing to success and continually looking for ways to make work better.
A reflection of our people
This achievement belongs to everyone at Eurosafe.
The Investors in People assessment gave each individual the opportunity to share their experiences and views about working at Eurosafe. The feedback provided valuable insight into what we’re doing well and where we can continue to develop.
We were particularly pleased that 86% of our people agreed that Eurosafe is a great place to work – a result that reflects the positive culture our teams help create every day.
Achieving Gold recognises the dedication, contribution and collaboration of colleagues across the business. It demonstrates the importance we place on investing in our people and creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, develop and succeed.
Reaching a milestone, not the finish line
While we’re incredibly proud of this achievement, we also know there is always more we can learn.
Feedback from the assessment has provided us with recommendations and a clear action plan for the future. We’ll use these insights to continue making positive changes, strengthening the way we work and improving the experience of our people.
For us, Investors in People Gold isn’t simply an accreditation. It’s recognition of what we’ve achieved together and a commitment to keep moving forward.
