Technical Salesperson

We are looking for a Technical Salesperson to join our growing Compliance New Sales Team. This is a dual role combining lead generation with face-to-face client engagement. You will be responsible for generating your own opportunities via telephone, email, from our ERP workflow system, while also attending sites across the UK to meet clients, identify requirements, and provide tailored technical solutions.

In addition, you will be asked to attend site visits on behalf of other sales team members when their client has requested this and provide technical expertise and advice to the sales team to assist in them in there pricing.

This role is ideally suited to someone with strong on-site experience at Eurosafe who has a desire to move into a commercially focused role. With the right performance and development, this position offers a clear progression path towards a Developing Business Manager (DBM) role.

This role is for Eurosafe Compliance Ltd., based at our office in Attercliffe, S9.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through proactive outreach (telephone, email, ERP workflow system).

  • Visit client sites across the UK to assess fall protection systems and understand requirements.

  • Support both your own leads and those generated by the wider Compliance Sales Team.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing trusted technical and compliance advice.

  • Support the in-house sales team with technical expertise, while also working towards individual sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline using company systems.

  • Represent Eurosafe at client meetings and site visits.

Key Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of fall protection systems and compliance standards.

  • Previous on-site experience with Eurosafe systems (preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly.

  • Excellent IT skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to our ERP system is essential.

  • Confident in generating leads via telephone and email, as well as managing face-to-face client meetings.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (with overnight stays as required).

  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance office-based lead generation and field-based client engagement.

  • Full UK driving licence.
