Senior Designer

We are presently looking to add a designer to our busy team. The role involves working within a small team to create and illustrate pre-and post-contract designs for working at heights equipment such as fall protection systems, abseil access systems, suspended access equipment, guardrail systems, stairs, ladders, roof walkways and other architectural and structural metalwork. The design role will involve the production of technical drawings for submission to the customer based on realising either preconceived ideas put forward by our sales department or concepts of your own making, alongside the eventual production of fabrication drawings for the manufacture of the design.
The position will suit an individual who enjoys teamwork, problem-solving solving and technical drawing, who is willing to work hard to produce first-class results and gain invaluable experience working with industry-leading clients on the most prestigious construction projects in the UK.

Your role (Internal Retentions Account Manager) will be to manage an existing portfolio of clients' properties to ensure that they remain compliant, and the renewal of their contract is ultimately undertaken. This will involve making regular contact throughout the year using our bespoke customer relationship management software (CRM) to secure and process orders for the works we provide, record your interactions, outcomes, and update the clients’ details and information. Working as a minimum 2-man site team, you will be responsible for repairing permanent and often bespoke fall protection and access equipment across various sites in the UK.
Repairs - Remedial Estimator

Due to exponential growth, an exciting vacancy has arisen in our Remedials Division. The Remedial Estimator role would suit someone with previous sales and customer service experience to work with existing clients to provide them quotes for the repair of failed fall protection systems.
We are looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail, good written & verbal communication and a personable manner. The candidate would ideally have previous experience within the fall protection industry and be comfortable working towards set targets.
